Varios errores en w3c validator que no sé como sé arreglan

Hola,
Tengo muchos errores en una página de mi sitio web y no sé como arreglarlos. Es de un formulario.

Tengo muchos más errores, pero de momento quiero solucionar esos. Pero, los demás errores algunos se repiten el problema de los errores que he puesto aquí.

¿Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlos?

Básicamente es un error con la codificación ampersand. No te los esta identificando como validos. Seguramente el meta que hace referencia al tipo de codificación de caracteres no esta o en su defecto no es el adecuado.

Gracias. El <meta> no estaba en esa página, lo he agregado poniendo esto:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-15" />
y también he agregado estas etiquetas que no estaban:

<body>

</body>
</html>

Y, ahora ya no aparecen los errores. Antes habían 94 errores, ahora solo hay 5, y, son tan pocos que "ni quiera voy a arreglarlos".
