no logro que se me vea bien el pie de página en internet explorer

Por más que lo intento no logro cortar la imagen de fondo y que de esta forma la página acabe con el pie de página. No sé a que puede deberse... supongo que el error estará en la hoja de estilos para Internet Explorer.
Alguien que me pueda ayudar... muchas gracias.
