Tengo problemas con las capas y el borde superior

Hola mi problema con las capas es que cuando les puse el borde se separaron un poco creando un espacio entre ellas, no se como solucionarlo, y con el borde superior mi problema esque se sale de la margen como tal uqe tienen las demas capas, aqui les dejo mi web para que miren mas facil
