Ayuda con las tablas

Hola os pongo el new enlace a mi pagina web...ya con foro y tal...jejeje como he estasdo currando con el foro el index esta abandonado asique paso a meterle mano...el enlace es este: http://usuarios.lycos.es/forobiker

Por lo que podeis ver, el menu es muchisimo mayor de lo que necesita ser...ya que solo tengo: portada, foro y contacto...jeje como empequeñezco lo que queda en abajo pero sin empequeñezer la tabla del contenido? Os paso el codigo html y los estilos....muchas gracias

En el código css,
td.c1{ background-color: #9ED7D7 ; width: 150px ; font-weight: bold ; text-align: left ; vertical-align: text-top;}
si no te funciona en vez de text-top, pon top, y si aún así no funciona buscamos otra opción.
